Geriatric massage is a form of massage designed to meet the specific needs of the elderly. It helps to improve blood circulation, relieve pain, and also increase range of motion. If you are elderly, geriatric massage can help you maintain and improve your overall health, as well as regain certain physical functions that have been reduced due to aging. In addition, since the elderly don't typically receive enough physical touch, this massage can also help alleviate symptoms of loneliness or depression.

Integrated Restorative Massage
Integrated Restorative Massage encourages moving with the individual’s tempo to address areas of concern whether it be physical or emotional. The therapist carefully listens to the body for clues to holding patterns, areas of stress and tension. Strokes and modalities are combined to create balance and healing in a non-aggressive way. Careful attention is taken to work with the client to engage and encourage the body, mind connection. In addition, the massage therapist may use a variety of tools such as music, breath, and visualizations to enhance the experience.

When energy is unbalanced, blocked or stuck due to stress or other factors pain and disease can manifest in the body. Energy type work is designed to release and balance the body's natural normal energy. The therapist works with the energy field which is expressed within and around the individual. Energy work is highly unique to each person and the therapist and client move toward that which is most appropriate in helping achieve healing, harmony and balance in that moment of time. Chair massage is a popular way of relieving stress and releasing tension right in your home or workplace. You receive your massage in a specialized ergonomic chair which I bring to your location. In addition to the usual health benefits of massage, another benefit of chair massage is that it is done over the clothing. With seated massage, you can avoid the discomfort and awkwardness that you may feel in disrobing for a traditional massage. Also, chair massage sessions are usually shorter than traditional massage, making it convenient enough to fit into your busy schedule.

Comfort Touch is a form of massage that has been designed for the physical and emotional needs of the elderly and/or ill client. The primary intention is to provide comfort through techniques that promote deep relaxation and relief from pain. The concepts of acupressure are used. The direction of pressure is into the body and perpendicular to the skin. This eliminates any chance of bruising or damage to frail tissue. This technique is a very effective way of relaxing and providing a sense of deep connection and comfort. This modality meets the client where they are at physically or mentally and can be performed in a bed or chair.

Ace Massage Cupping Therapy available as part of your session or a stand alone treatment.
Ace Massage Cupping has evolved from the traditional ancient Chinese practice of cupping therapy. The treatment uses suction and negative pressure to soften tight muscles and tone attachments. Massage cupping loosens adhesions and lifts connective tissue while bringing hyration and blood flow to the body tissues. It creates a way to drain excess fluids and toxins by opening lyphmphatic pathways. This treament complements many health modalities ranging from spa treatments to medical massage.

Do you have any of the following conditions?
- Occupational Stress
- Unlevel Pelvis
- Short Leg
- Flat Feet
- Hip Pain/ Joint Pain
- Low Back Pain/ Spinal Instability
- Knee Pain
- Foot Pain
The feet are the foundation of the body. Statical evidence shows that at birth, most of us have perfect feet. By age 20 80% of those "perfect feet" have developed some type of problem and by age 40 nearly everyone has a foot condition of some sort. Many foot conditions eventually contribute to health concerns farther up the Kinetic Chain especially the generalized condition of "back pain".
An anatomical difference in leg length produces abnormal structural strains on the pelvis and low back, which can cause not only chronic pain but also has been shown to result in specific degenerative changes over time. The use of an orthotic has been shown to reduce these structural strains and bring about significant clinical responses.
Impressions of the feet can be cast easily and sent away for custom arch supports at a massage session or separate visit.
